Tamper-evident document
A cryptographic hash of the original document is stored in the certificate. Any change to the file after signing is immediately detectable.
Complete audit trail
Every action is recorded: who was invited, when they opened the link, from which IP address, and exactly when the signature was placed.
Independent timestamp
Every signed document is sealed with an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp from an independent time authority, proving when the signing took place.
