What file formats do you support?
We currently support PDF files. You can upload documents up to 1GB.
How secure is my data?
We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your documents are stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automatic backups. You can download or delete your files at any time.
Can I try BuiltSign for free?
Yes. Our free plan includes 3 documents per month. No credit card required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
