Questions about team collaboration
- The Pro plan holds up to 3 users; Business up to 5 and Business Plus up to 10. On Enterprise the number is set in the contract.
- Yes. Assign admin or member roles. Admins can manage templates and team members; only the owner manages the subscription. Members can send documents.
- Yes. All team members see the organisation's documents and transactions. Limiting visibility per member is not possible at the moment.
- From Business Plus, yes. That log shows who changed team members, templates, branding and API keys, and who downloaded documents. On every plan each document has its own history: sent, opened and signed.
