- Yes. Templates are shared across your BuiltSign organisation, any team member can use them.
- Yes. Editing a template only affects future sends. All previously signed documents remain unchanged.
- Yes, via the API on Enterprise: one call sends the template to up to 500 recipients, each with their own transaction. In the app each transaction is created separately from the template.
