Create a template
Set up a template in BuiltSign with the document, the roles and the fields. Every bulk send starts from that template.
Pass the recipients via the API
In one call to POST /v1/bulk-send you pass up to 500 recipients, each with their signers, an optional message and values for the variables in the fields.
Track each recipient
Each recipient gets their own signing link straight away. You see the status of each transaction in your dashboard or fetch it via the API. You send reminders per transaction.

Questions about bulk sending
- Yes, 500 recipients per API call. Bulk sending is part of Enterprise; monthly volumes are set in your contract.
- Partly. For each recipient you pass the signers, an optional message and values for the variables in the template's fields. The document text itself stays the same.
- You send a reminder per transaction, in the dashboard or via the API. When you send, you also set an expiry of up to 90 days.
- No. Recipients click a link in their email and sign directly in their browser, no registration required.
